Very unprofessional and distrustful. Doctor ordered labs and didn’t tell me, only discovered through lab corp. tried to ask what was ordered, labcorp had no information so tried to reach the doctor… unreachable. Tried to discuss the labs… doctor still unreachable. Brought it up to the PCP, little regard, said they would order new set of labs. Nurse came and started providing contradictory information. Decided to go elsewhere. Poor moral and lack of concern for patient information.
I sought out GYN care here after calling about 10 different places. I was over the moon because other offices told me they would not be able to see me until December 2026 even though I was calling late January-early February for a pressing concern. Yet, I called BMS at Yard 56 on a Tuesday and they had an appointment that Friday. I went there to see a Bayview gynecologist Alexandria Abotte..she was patient and understood my issues..spent a lot of time with me and made I feel heard.
They don’t have the best customer services No sympathy especially don’t know what they are doing plus the pharmacist too.
