I sought out GYN care here after calling about 10 different places. I was over the moon because other offices told me they would not be able to see me until December 2026 even though I was calling late January-early February for a pressing concern. Yet, I called BMS at Yard 56 on a Tuesday and they had an appointment that Friday. I went there to see a Bayview gynecologist Alexandria Abotte..she was patient and understood my issues..spent a lot of time with me and made I feel heard.
They don’t have the best customer services No sympathy especially don’t know what they are doing plus the pharmacist too.
Charlie assisted me with my bloodwork this morning and was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, kind, and completed the blood draw quickly with no pain at all.
