Why am I still waiting when my appointment was over an hour and a half ago? I have now lost my ride home and have to pay for an uber. And I highly doubt I will be reimbursed for it. This is absurd. People have lives. I understand that things happen but this is a complete lack of respect for people's time.
My son’s doctor is pretty good, but the appointment system is annoying. This is the only time I’ve NEVER been able to reach out to a doctor or someone other than the call center for simple stuff without an appointment. Then when they “send the doctor a message" it takes forever for a response. Like it could be days. The receptionist can be pretty rude also. I'll probably just switch his insurance and doctor's office as soon as I can to not have to deal with this.
They don't have proper protocol for patients who need to see a psychiatrist
