The worse service I have ever experienced. You come in with terrible pain and absolutely everyone has a terrible attitude. Starting with the front desk clerk..! She acts like you are disturbing her and they have absolutely no personality.. know I’d rather not be there because of the pain I have to endure but.. I guess they hate being their too
When I first arrived at Baltimore Injury Clinic located at 5404 Harford Road I thought it was closed, but later found out that the windows appear to be tinted. I was greeted by two lovely young ladies Diamond and Melanie. They greeted me with a smile and and warm welcome. Dr. Cottman was warm and welcoming as well. My entire treatment there was comfortable and relaxing. I also enjoyed the complimentary Lyft rides to and from my treatment. I highly recommend Baltimore Injury Clinic for your chiropractic needs.
