Bad experience several yrs ago involving a crabcake and a busted tooth which they promised to pay for and never did.were loyal customers until this incident

RecommendedAll you can eat crab and shrimp or prime rib and shrimp was excellent. We certainly got our money's worth!! The service was excellent. We would go again!
With there only being 3 other couples here your would have figured service would have been faster. An hour and a half later my crab legs were cold. It's been 20 minutes and still waiting for our check. The food wasn't disgusting but it wasn't good either. I hate writing bad reviews but people need to be prepared for what they are getting into.
We were there last night. The food took forever and it was very bland...and cold. The staff was not friendly and we stood at the door for a while before being seated. Overall, it's a poor low quality experience. Never again.
