They have great food but when it comes to serivce it struggles bad. Our server was awesome he was the only one working and maintaining 15 tables on an all you can eat crab leg day. Not one manager showed their presence or offered to help. I watched 2 tables get turned away because by the time they where waited on it was too late to order. Not the best way to handle your restaurant. Probably the last time i will ever come back here if this place cant get it together.
Enjoyed dart tournament. Food was very disappointing.
Went for the Valentines Day dinner. Soup was cold, steak was way under cooked and had a ridiculous wait between every course. Waited over 45 minutes for the check. Husband finally went to find our server. The place would be good if they had some organization and more staff.
Yes I'm currently on the phone with my younger brother whom experienced very deplorable conditions & downright rude treatment this evening. My brother & his girl came to celebrate Valentine's Day arrived at 6:30pm wasn't waited or even offered something to drink until 45 mins. later. Then to add insult to injury the hostess actually took their orders then to wait another 2 hours for their meal. What kind of business treats people in such a manner. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Beyond ridiculous!!

My husband & I went there last night. He got mussels for an appetizer & sea scallops for his entree with lobster bisque & rice pilaf. I got crab legs for an appetizer & sea scallops for my entree with a house salad & lobster bisque. The food was excellent! Our waiter was very personable. He told us he is also the hibachi chef. We used to come here years ago & were pleasantly surprised with all the changes! We will definitely be back! Next time we are trying the hibachi grill.
Short and simple food wasn't bad,not great but not bad service was mediocre but the best part was being forced to pay and not having any choice to pay an 18% tip,I'm not cheap by any means a generally tip very well but that's MY choice I don't like when it's added to my bill and I'm forced to. Best seafood I've had in years hats off to the chef!
Was there for New Years Eve. The group Artistree and Gina Yohe were really good. The ticket price came with a midnight buffett that was honestly horrible. Instant, runny mashed potatoes. Pork over done. The bread was really good. Will have perhaps go back to see if their regular menu is better than the buffett food.
