Was advised at my consultation they would reach out to my insurance company for my exact price owed for my procedure. I called today to pay it off and was advised the amount owed was double my remaining balance due to insurance not covering the materials they used so I went to the practice and requested a copy of my itemized statement and found out that they never got a quote from my insurance company and they still did the procedure giving me a false amount owed. They continually are trying to bill me for something that should have been written off over a year ago. They have been told not to bill me specifically by my insurance. No one ever answers their phones or calls back.
Always a great experience for my children. Never a fuss or fight to go to the dentist! Dr. Patel and her staff is amazing with the kids.
What a Joke! Friendly staff, but outside of that. Not impressed at all! Check the reviews. The majority of them are from People with last names as Patel!
Started a crown at the end of October. Now approaching the end of December. They do not return your phone call. I left a message and I finally get through to someone and they tell me they are waiting on my insurance. That it can take up to 45 days for approval. Well, I called the insurance company. Complete bull! I have had the same insurance for years and never had a issue with Braces, Wisdom teeth or any other dental work. They have received payment. These people are wonderful. I have anxiety with dentists. Dr. Patel is a wonderful beautiful lady and eased my anxiety.
Do not go to this denist they are very mean. I had 4 wisdom teeth pulled out last Wednesday and one of the sockets on the lower left still hurts really bad. I went in there yesterday and they said it wasn't dry socket so they prescribe me 800mgs of Ibuprofen every six hour the thing is I'm in in like three hour and the pain is horrible and I've been crying cause of pain and frustration. I had my wisdom teeth removed here recently. Amazing staff. Dr. Patel and Dr. Fowler are very friendly and thorough. The ladies at the desk are also very friendly and informative, even though I called several times with questions after my procedure. My pain was minimal with Motrin and I had no complications. I will continue to come here.
I have been taking my special needs son to Dr Patel .. They are so very kind and compassionate with Markie .. The whole staff treats him with dignity and kindness . The atmosphere is very calming to him and they are always very professional and efficient .. As a long term health care manager I am often critical and I can't say enough good about this place !!
