I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and I did not feel supported as an LGBTQ patient. The front desk staff showed little regard for patient privacy — personal information was discussed loudly across the room rather than handled discreetly, which felt uncomfortable and inappropriate. The nursing staff also appeared to lack understanding of LGBTQ sexual health needs and showed little compassion.
