Reception rude and unbothered by any guest. Office smelled like marijuana which is ironic for a place about safety of moms and babies.
This lady hung up on me I was trying to get help with formula she got smart with me and when I asked her name she hung up very rude and unhelpful 10/10 do not recommend wic at all
Staff has always been very nice and friendly. I've never had to wait or had any issues with my appointments/appointment times.
Update: appt at 9 am why haven't i been seen its 10am.
