Unbeknownst to us, for two years, my company had a glowing review that we never drafted or entered. I wonder if the other 5 star ratings are real. Blue Phoenix is not a legitimate business; it is Sean Brinson, who outsources to other property managers and calling centers. If you have a property where the tenant is paying the rent and there are no maintenance issues, that would be fine. Blue Phoenix is the only company that I would trust with my rental properties. My tenants are happy. Items get fixed quickly. Everything is Great. I look forward to giving them more properties to manage as soon as possible.
Sean Brinson is crook and a scam artist please don’t give blue phoenix any business. Horrible property management company. One of his business partners leave the company of the mismanagement of funds. Sean was collecting the tenants BGE bill and never paying their bill. Never do business with this company you will be making a huge mistake. I ended my management agreement with blue phoenix around 8 months best decision I made respectfully.
Horrible. Unresponsive, unprofessional and they engage in unscrupulous business practices. Sean and his team don't know the first thing about customer service and they do not go above and beyond for the property owners or tenants. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
