We completed a job for a company that I work for by the name of class A moving back on August 2 for Baltimore Gardens. This company has not paid us after numerous request for payment. It is now 37 days late and they still have not paid our company for the job that we completed.
Beware of this company for any service providers out there if they contact you, they will scam you and rip you off your money. My company did a job for them back on August 2 and they owed us a substantial bill for over $700. They have been lying to us for the last 30 days saying they would give us our money. We are now having no choice but to file lawsuit in Clark County Nevada against them for nonpayment. It’s a disgrace how they treat their service providers. Had the distinct pleasure of witnessing firsthand, while visiting family at Baltimore Gardens, the sense of community within it's tenants... Various tenants would come outside to the common areas and sweep/clean the walkways/stairs, pick up trash and greet each other warmly. The grounds/buildings look very well kept and maintains a very tranquil environment...
