Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes

Dr. Balster is a wonderful dentist. On our very first day in Cedar Rapids (on a house hunting trip), my son tripped and broke his front tooth. Despite that we were not regular patients and that it was 4pm on a Saturday afternoon, Dr. Balster had us come to his office where he did a temporary repair on my son's tooth. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. Balster is calm, caring, and competent and my kids love going to his office. I cannot say enough about him. Highly recommend.

No, it is their way or the highway

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes
