Dr. Carl Balog was not as he appeared. He never treated me onetime! I met him casually in the waiting room one afternoon. I was off work at the time on short term disability and he provided details on my clinical information and said there was no reason I.could not work. He caused me irreparable harm. SSDI deemed me disabled unable to work.

I’m constantly being harassed by a collection agency for $10 that I do not owe! I can’t believe that $10.00 is worth more than your reputation! This has been going on for months. I’m so frustrated!
Saying they are shady is an understatement. Mr Balog yells at his staff when they make mistakes in front of the patient!!!! He pushes his meds on you even when you don't want to take anything that strong. Avoid this place.
