Recently we huv moved out frm balmoral village apt.The staff n maintenance r nice especially krishty, she was always there to help us... Thanks. It was nice staying in peachtree city.
Had a Great time, Great food and drinks last tonight with Great people with Great Hospitality in a Great place. I Loved the New Club House and the New Management team was Awesome. I have been in Balmoral Village for two years. We now have new owners/mgmt. They are putting a lot of money in to this place to improve it. It is an older property. The floors are thin but it is a nice safe community. You will know your neighbors and see people out and about. Conveniently located. Excited about all the new upgrades to the property including the amenity improvements. The staff and maintenance are really nice and very helpful and personable.
When we moved in, there was a mildew, musty type smell in the apartment that NEVER went away no matter how much we cleaned. The floors were disgusting and it was obvious that the place did not get cleaned properly prior to us moving in. My roommates had a serious mold issue on their side of the apartment that was never addressed or resolved. At random times there would be no hot water in the kitchen or in my bathroom. Over all I would not recommend that anyone live here.
Why am I paying 1063.00 a month when people that live in concord village are using our pool when they have one???
