Renters beware!!!! Corporate owned nightmare. We were rented a unit infested with bedbugs that were blamed on us! It wasn't until we brought up lawyers that all of a sudden, they came from the former tenant that was moved to another unit. We were then told at least we didn't have to pay for the heat treatment (have the back and forth emails). No discounted rate, not even an apology. They chose to kick my family and I out around Christmas 2018, to “repossess” the apartment we were renting on their own decision without even speaking with us about why, that is until we asked them on multiple different occasions as to why. Balmoral claims they can if they feel you’re violating any their terms which, again they told us that it was their own decision to do so. So far so good. No complaints. I'm very happy with the complex and community within.
I leave with a smile and a tear out of balmoral village , it was a very happy 1 year and 8 month. Management was amazing , Will and the rest of the grew where always polite and helpful,as a single women I felt very safe ,I enjoyed the pool very much and loved my neighbors and found many new friends . I will cherish my memories I had in this beautiful apartment complex, I felt welcomed from day one ! Again, thank you so very much, God bless
I've been living here 7+ yrs and this is my lst time on their page and I'm so disappointed in the negativity that some are saying about Balmoral Village Apts. From the old to the new staff nothing but excellent service and I've lived in 3 different units and never ever had a problem, I moved just to downsize, from the townehome to a 2 bdrm. Balmoral Village is number 1, from the safety to the schools, amenities upgrade, price, neighbors, grounds, office staff & maintenance staff.
