Happy with my hair, unhappy with the staff. The amount of money that is paid is too much for all of the talking among employee's, talking on the phone, and walking away from your client. It takes up too much time. Also, if an appointment is scheduled at 9:30 it should already be worked out who is going to do whose hair and it should be started shortly after. My knotless braids came out beautiful. I was only unhappy with the amount of time I was there. Generally, 2 ladies work on 1 head, getting you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. This time I only had 1 lady. I was there from 9:30 to 5:30, which is not the norm. If I can always get 2 ladies, this braiding salon would be perfect.

I received crochet box braids at this location and repeatedly stated that the cornrow base was too tight, but my concerns were ignored and I was met with attitude instead. Each time I expressed discomfort, the braider working on my hair said “You see?” in French to another braider. During the appointment, someone behind us asked in French why the fake hair was not being used in the cornrow base for the crochet style. She was late but when she got there she started on my head and took no breaks and I loved how my hair turned out.
