Appointment was at 9:30 & the stylist wasn't there at the time of appointment didn't start until 10:15.
This establishment is very unprofessional!!!! I booked two weeks in advance. The website said send a picture for your style and they will tell you what it cost. It also said that they do not take cards in store meaning you must walk with cash. They want you to pay a deposit to hold your spot and I did that. I forward the picture, asked a few questions and never got a response ever. I called , text multiple times. I had a wonderful experience at Bally’s African Braids! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. I was in and out in no time, and the quality of the braids was top-notch. The staff was friendly, fast, and clearly skilled at what they do. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and beautiful results!
