Nice Place Poor Property Manager Like all great things, people ruin them. Multiple units with constant AC issues, no return calls, deceptive charging along with disrespecting their residents. List goes on and on. I’m the third resident with almost all the same issues.
Don't rent here I wish I could put into words how horrible Hubbel Realty has been. I live over in ballyard lofts and love the apartment and would stay long term but my experience since the beginning has been absolutely horrible. First, I was told parking was free. I moved in, checked my online portal and started getting charged parking per month for my vehicle in 2023 with no knowledge or advancement. All residents of Ballyard Lofts sign a parking fee as part of the lease agreement which was provided to you electronically in writing to thoroughly review. We have your six maintenance requests on file, and all are shown as completed in a reasonable timeframe.
