Charged me $167.49 for 10 days of electric ...charged me 2x for the same door that was fixed just never painted by management. now no one will email me back or answer the phone. 20yrs of property management will help me plus everyone else who didn't get any of the deposit paid in back. Can u say class action lawsuite.. I can ....I paid my rent quarterly to these thiefs
It don’t get more disgusting than this, Cockroaches ,rodents everywhere, people yelling screeming, smoking cigarettes, homeless tents and garbage everywhere, way overprice rent, smells disgusting, sick, ,worse place ever. always no water, manager worthless, we found nicer, cheaper place not far Don’t even consider, you will regret !
I'm surprised that this place is safe accept for the homeless people they are some times loud and I'm trying to sleep but this Is the best place to be honest.

Lived here for 4 years with no problems, then they got new owners. There management is AGRRESIVE!!! BEWARE!!! OVER PRICED AND VILOENT NEIGHBORHOOD!!! COACKROACHES AND SPIDERS EVERYWHERE!!! UNFRIENDLY AND IN CLEA. ALL THE WAU AROUND!!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!!
