Riss and her lovely mother (sorry, we didn't catch her name) were so helpful and kind - we were determined to make a balloon garland for our 30th birthday last weekend, and of course things didn't go quite to plan. The whole Balloons by the Bay team were so wonderful to deal with, and Riss went out of her way to give us a demonstration so we were a little less stressed when attempting it ourselves. Can't recommend them enough :) Our garland looked great (but in the future we will definitely just pay the team!).

Awesome customer service. I called to place an order over the phone and Chloe was super friendly and accommodating. She assisted in picking out colours and sharing her opinions and made the process so easy!
1 ballon cost 45$ just for the helium it's not ok. Service so bad she don't care people waiting.
