Very unprofessional, was quoted one price, but attempted to overcharge me on the invoice, I attempted to resolve this with Jazz, however she refused to honor originally quoted price.
I recommend Balloons by Jazzy to any one, who has party planning skills and any one like me who has no planning skills at all. I had a picture of what I wanted my daughter's baby shower theme to be (ROYALTY ). I contacted Jazzy and she was on point. Thank you again for your promptness and vision of what I needed.
