I had used them once before and had a great experience but this last time was terrible. I called a week before I needed the balloons for my daughters high school graduation. I went to pick them up and the order had not been taken, the lady told me she could have them ready in 30 minutes so I came back in an hour after doing other running around for the party and they were not ready.
