Dealing with this company has been by far the worst experience ever. My company ordered balloons for delivery back in September which were never delivered. A few days later I noticed I was double charged for the services. Upon contacting Tracie, I was told the refunds were processing for both. Cannot believe this place is still in business when double charging your credit card.
I made an order with this company and then decided that the cost was just too high. So, I checked the website for cancelation policy and there was nothing. So, two days later I sent an email and text to Tracie (the owner). It is going on two months and I still have not received my refund of close ro $500 and she is brushing me off telling me paypal told her it can take up to 70 days to process and "there is nothing else she can do about it."
