to the rescue! The day before we left on a week long trip our washing machine broke. We called Ballingers and scheduled an appointment. They came to the house and found they needed to order a part but got it going enough for a few loads. The part came in and they came to the house. even with 2 feet of snow on the ground, and replaced the part. It took over a week to get it back working but has run great since. Labor and parts were under $200, but that's far less then buying new.
