Great experience. I called Balleza Roofing as two of my neighbors recommended him based on their positive experience. ***** was very professional and knowledgeable. He addressed all my issues and explained how each would be addressed and resolved. ***** was on site every day and when he wasn't, he was easily reachable by phone. He delivered on everything promised. His crew was also very professional and thoroughly cleaned up all the nails, debris, etc. when the job was finished. I would recommend this company
I have known Jesus Sr. and his company for 21 years. They installed a roof on my house in Jersey Village, Texas in 2003 when it was my primary residence. It has been rental property for the past 16 years, and Mr. Balleza and his company just re-roofed it for me again. Great experience! It took a day and a half to do the shingles and decking. I was looking to make the house more energy efficient and asked for recommendations. Jesus Jr suggested a foil backed decking. it is still early in the year, but so far, I have only seen one day where the attic temperature was 20 degrees higher than the ambient temperature. Immediately after inquiring about a new roof, Jesus *******came to my home to give me an estimate. Very professional. He actually told me we could get a little more life out of our existing roof! We chose to replace it now. The crew was very prompt and efficient. They respected our property and left it very clean. Totally pleased. New roof looks amazing.
