I have posted what a horrible place this is to do business but being that there is no other dealership within a hundred miles I don’t have a whole lot of choice. They call dealerships “stealerships” for a reason. These people at Balentine Toyota in Greenwood are either highly incompetent or thieves. I knew it was going to cost some decent money when I took my vehicle in. So was prepared for a high bill. I love the service here! The people are very friendly and helpful!
Service was helpful and polite.. The guy who ordered the part for me had a sense of humor that lined up with mine (hey I have a 9 month old license for these dad jokes) and the price was fair. Pickup was smooth and painless. Seemed like a pretty competent bunch of folks all around. Will do business here again.
