I love this practice. When my children are sick, I panic and am grateful to get a person on the phone instead of a voice mail. My girls have seen Dr. G, Dr. Pollock, and recently Amanda Slater. The nurses are gentle and thorough and the billing and front office staff is courteous and conscientious. Thank you for all you do for our family.
I was very blessed to find this group for my children when I did. We needed personable care with a hands on attitude and we have certainly found it. The Doctors and other staff are extremely caring and professional. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!!!
Alarming unprofessionalism, and lack of advanced medical training. Check the better business bureau and the medical board for reports filed.
Good until you have a need for real professionals in more challenging health situations. While they can no means serve as medical specialists, they fall far short of supporting specialists, if your child needs that. The staff is "challenged" when it comes to thinking outside the norm.
Dr. Pollock and her staff are absolutely AMAZING!! I recommend them to everybody in search of a pediatrician. Dr. Pollock is the most compassionate doctor and has the amazing ability to connect with her patients of all ages! My kids feel so comfortable talking with her and she always has them laughing! Her staff is always accommodating and very helpful. Thank you Ballentine Pediatrics for everything you do for our family and for our community!! Y’all rock!! ���
