This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had as a travel nurse. I rented an apartment in this building for three months and was shocked by the poor condition and lack of maintenance throughout the property. When I moved in, I discovered water intrusion affecting multiple walls in my apartment. Soon after, mold began to grow, and the problem became even worse whenever it rained. We tried to tour this apartment today, June 21 2023. The photos must be quite old. The interior is dusty, cobwebby, and poorly maintained. There doesn't seem to be HVAC, as there are split units all over. I didn't see any of them working and several were leaking. There is standing water in the 2nd floor hallway. I saw evidence of mold, including behind a sign that had fallen, which makes it seem they tried to hide it. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Great common areas for groups. A very good value for the quality of accommodations. I will definitely start looking for these hotels were ever I travel.
