We tried to tour this apartment today, June 21 2023. The photos must be quite old. The interior is dusty, cobwebby, and poorly maintained. There doesn't seem to be HVAC, as there are split units all over. I didn't see any of them working and several were leaking. There is standing water in the 2nd floor hallway. I saw evidence of mold, including behind a sign that had fallen, which makes it seem they tried to hide it. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Great common areas for groups. A very good value for the quality of accommodations. I will definitely start looking for these hotels were ever I travel.
