BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I took my son's vehicle in to get an estimate for a small dent on his driver's side door (the 1st photo). The estimate was $1700. I scheduled an appointment with them to have it repaired. A day later the insurance company notified me that the vehicle was a total loss. Ballentine Body Shop tore my son's vehicle up (the last 4 photos). If I could give them a minus 0 rating, I definitely would, but I have to leave at least 1 star to post this review. Absolutely the best staff and service I've ever encountered. Everyone treats you as if you're the only customer they have, and they go out of their way to assure your satisfaction. Their workmanship is beyond compare, and their overall goal is to make sure you are satisfied. Highly recommend!
Honest hard working friendly staff.
They did an excellent job on my 2007 F150. I hit deer and I can't tell it was ever hit. I would definitely go to them again.
