Took two months to get my Jeep work done. The service was good at front desk. The paint work and body is good.
If it isn't right they will make it right.
BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I took my son's vehicle in to get an estimate for a small dent on his driver's side door (the 1st photo). The estimate was $1700. I scheduled an appointment with them to have it repaired. A day later the insurance company notified me that the vehicle was a total loss. Ballentine Body Shop tore my son's vehicle up (the last 4 photos). If I could give them a minus 0 rating, I definitely would, but I have to leave at least 1 star to post this review.
