I just recently moved to Ballena Village and am so happy I made this choice! After viewing multiple apartments around town, I ended up calling here and speaking to Lucy. She was amazing from the beginning. Very helpful in answering all my questions and addressing any concerns, so I made an appointment to view an available apartment. From the moment my family stepped on this property we instantly knew that this was the right. From the layout to the way the grounds are kept to the community to the residents just everything the list just goes on and on. This office is the most racist, conniving people especially the manager, Hope sung I have ever seen in my life . I took my grandmother that’s 76 into there office on Jan 26 2025 to turn in her application on the 28 they I got a call back stating that she was denied and I asked why they stated her rental history . I said that’s impossible because I’m her care provider and I pay her rent every month for the last two years . Just moved into Ballena and Lusi made the process so easy and she was very friendly during the whole process. They informed me of everything and helped me with all my request’s and needs to move into Ballena for my new job. Thank you Ballena staff for being professional and making my move in easy!!!
