The five stars are for the nicest office staff and for the best maintenance person. Friendly and professional, really quick to take care of issues, quick to answer and genuinely caring. Anna, Luci and Jose are what make living at Ballena Village in Alameda a real luxury. The apartments are spacious, modern, clean and the amenities are just perfect.
