We have a horrible bug infestation at these apts. My air has not been working consistently this entire summer and the office staff has yet to give me a permanent resolution. On 9-17-2018 the office manager Lutalo Aryee assaulted me with my 3 month old daughter in my arms after i went to his office demanding that they fix my unit. I have a family member who has had to stay at my house numerous times due to her failing air conditioning unit causing the temperature to rise over 85 degrees. I have even spoken to management and they just state that they will work on it but nothing has worked more than a couple of days.
The roach infestations that they have is horrible. Rats and other vermin love to call this place home, you shouldnt. The apt manager is very rude and doesnt seem to care about his residents at all.
