I’m giving this company 5 stars because I s been renting 3 1/2 years and everything gets fixed in a fast and timely manner. If I have an emergency Debra always gets right back to me or Susan. Now that I know longer have to deal with the shady homeowners insurance company they have pretty good vendors come fix things. There have been issues in the past I was not always happy with the repair people or quality of work but overall I’m very happy with my experience I would never rent anywhere else.
Ballard is one of the most dishonest and shady “businesses”......I have ever encountered. They have poor follow up to maintenance request and act as if your request is a burdened. They try to take advantage of tenants at the time of move out with ridiculous charges. It was a back and forth battle with Debbie and her husband who suddenly appeared when I questioned the charges that made no sense. I highly do not recommend anyone having them manage your property or renting from them because there will be problems guaranteed.
