My sewer line needed cleaning on a Michigan snowy day in January 2023! The Ballard family answered the call and did the job with a guarantee. My outside line access wasnt completely accessible due to weather but the line was cleared to prevent sewage backup in my house. Another blockage occurred after the snow thaw and Ballard family returned, located outside cleanout and honored the guarentee! Excellent and friendly service 5 Stars! Highly recommend this family owned business!
