RecommendedGreat new Dental Technician named Phuong! She is great!! Made me feel really comfortable! Did an exceptional job. But dentist (not Dr.Wiley) did not even recommend anything for pain relief, could not do dental extraction that day, had to wai til next week! Tooth really hurt!! Luckily I see my M.D tomorrow maybe he can give me something for discomfort!!
Great experience with a friendly staff. Melissa was super nice and helpful the whole way through and Dr Tobler was very knowledgeable. Super convenient as I live and work in ballard. I will be back again
They numbed the wrong side of my mouth and worked on the wrong tooth. Then they put a filling over the correct tooth but didn't go deep enough because they didn't numb that side. They said it was a shallow cavity so they didnt need to. Come to find out my tooth had been rotting from the inside out with the filling over it. Now I need a root canal and they said that they would pay for the crown. And send me to a specialist for the root canal (probably to avoid the cost of having to pay for their mistake) I'm in excruciating p... read more
I went in with a lot of pain and anxiety and before I knew it the procedure was over ! I love this group of people and especially Dr Colic !
I love the people, from the front desk reception to the dental hygienist to the dentist. They do their best to fit you in, treat their people well, and make you feel comfortable and at home. I have nothing but positive things to say and plan to continue coming to Ballard Dental Arts regardless of where I live.
