Exceptional experience with Ballard Construction. Brent Ballard was always available and we always felt that we were his only clients even though he was extremely busy. Our home is incredibly well built and highly energy efficient. The layout is modern and includes a lot of great custom features. Moving to Owensboro from out-of-state, we were very fortunate we happened upon Ballard Construction and couldn’t be happier with the entire process from start to finish!
Brent Ballard has built 2 houses for me. Both times have been a breeze experience. On the most recent build, he worked with us as we made our own adjustments/customizations to the floor plans. Brent gives us plenty of notice for when we need to pick out certain items so that the construction schedule stays on target. Brent would also keep us updated on construction status when asked. We love both homes and would use Brent as a builder again.
