I came into Ballard and Ballard Jewelers to get a ring set for my Australian black opal. I had returned from a trip Down Under with my own loose stone. Guy Ballard was as helpful and informative as they come. We, with his professionalism help and recommendations picked the perfect setting for shape, size and character. Results were fantastic and I am very pleased. It’s perfect! I would highly recommend Ballard and Ballard Jewelers in Fountain Valley.

Their customer service is great! Several years ago, I had a ring made at Ballard & Ballard from the double guard on my mother’s wedding ring. I wasn’t necessarily unhappy with that ring but more recently, I thought I might want to wear the “set” as it had been given to me. This year, I spoke to Glenn Ballard about a new setting. Ballard & Ballard Jewelers is Truley Value Added and great quality I can??t say how much I appreciate the Ballard's they are a class operation. I have tried the chains and other jewelers but Glenn and Guy Ballard always take care of me and my family. They designed a gorgeous ring for my wife and showed me the computer generated 3D image before they made it. True Master Jewelers and very creative? My wife thinks I??m the genius!!!!

Good Quality When you walk in this store, it exudes quality. It is an upscale store with plenty of inventory to choose from. The staff is very friendly and they know there diamonds. The prices are reasonable and they have store hours to suit any schedule. They also have custom designs available.
