Incompetency at the highest level and overcharging for materials by several hundred dollars. Incorrect amp plug installed despite a 30kW rating plate on heating appliance- I was charged for rectification of the error. Plus roof tiles above meter box not replaced so when it rained, I found my bed soaked from the water entering the roof space and pouring through the ceiling light fitting. Dangerous and incompetent workmanship and fraudulent billing for materials.
