Maintenance was quick and has done a great job. The maintenance team Amazing and the Assistant Management outstanding Frances always will to help. Thank you.
Notice dates on reviews, 2-3 years ago. This place has really gone downhill. Horrible grounds, ancient, outdated appliances, bugs and noise unbelievable. I agree when I first moved in it was awesome, but they have let it go. I will not be staying for sure.
Great Place to Live Great location, Quiet, Prompt Maintenance staff, Friendly office staff, Well maintained amenities and grounds, and Spacious storage in units.

Beatiful place to live and an excelent staff My wife and I had the pleasant experience of living a year in Ballantrae, where the service managers always treated us in a timely and friendly manner. Ballantrae staff especially France and Kathy were exceptionally attentive and were always willing to help us. The maintenance service of our facilities was excellent and timely at all times. A very good place to live

Ballantrae apartments One of the most up kept apartment complexes i have had the pleasure to visit. All the staff is friendly and courteous.

Nice location!! This is a nice property. I was impressed with size of the apartments, the area looked very clean and quiet. I would only wish that the apartment would be more updated.

Best expierence ever! I recently moved into the apartment complex and didn’t know the area or anyone around. I must say, I picked a good one. The community is just beautiful and set back which makes it feel very homey and the staff is always there for me. If I ever have a problem in my apartment the maintenance team is on it. Every time I call the front office, Kathy or Nicole answer and are always so nice and helpful. I have not met the property managers but they always smile and seem very friendly too. Not Right I was seeking an apartment at Ballantrae Apts and nobody did anything right. There is something wrong with Ballantrae Apts and its staff. If you need a place to live, don't try the Ballantrae Apartments--they are not right.

No Thanks Would not suggest this place if you have children: There aren't many other families with children in the community. There isn't a "safe place" for them to play even if there were. Would not suggest second floor apartments at all - Your master bedroom is above a very loud garage and there is no way to minimize the noise if you end up with someone that comes home at 3AM. You're out of luck, the office staff doesn't care. Would not suggest loft units: your second bedroom will be cold in the winter and hot in the summe... read more
