This shop is awesome. After driving on harsh oem suspension from Tesla for 6 years it was time for a change. I got lucky to have found this local shop that can handle a suspension swap that I desperately wanted and needed. Driving long hours on the stock Tesla kit was becoming physically and mentally fatiguing recently. Nice setup, the shop looks great and there are ample parking onsite and street parking available. The owner is hospitable, the team is friendly, passionate, and experts at what they do!
Awful communication & customer service. Wasted 2 months waiting on a part that i never received. Super unprofessional experience for online shopping standards in 2025.
DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a set of mirrors from them and the plastic was defective, ripples and waves throughout. When I returned them they charged a 25% restocking fee. When I called and said I had a question about the restocking fee he immediately got loud and offensive. I explained it’s not like I decided I didn’t want them, it’s because they were defective.
