Nice setup, the shop looks great and there are ample parking onsite and street parking available. The owner is hospitable, the team is friendly, passionate, and experts at what they do!
Awful communication & customer service. Wasted 2 months waiting on a part that i never received. Super unprofessional experience for online shopping standards in 2025.
DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a set of mirrors from them and the plastic was defective, ripples and waves throughout. When I returned them they charged a 25% restocking fee. When I called and said I had a question about the restocking fee he immediately got loud and offensive. I explained it’s not like I decided I didn’t want them, it’s because they were defective. Dont expect any tech support if you buy parts from them. I’ve called multiple times and written to website with no reply. Only wanted to know if flip up license plate had an in line fuse in the module since there was not a visible one on the hot lead. All they could say was the motor is low amps. Even a Low amp motor can short without a fuse and burn up an expensive car. I just went ahead and added an in line fuse , but it would have been nice to get a reply.
