I can't speak for the actual wound care since I didn't receive any but Ballad Health Wound Care Center in Bristol has a communication problem. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Their recorded message states that you not keep calling back and leaving additional messages so apparently this is an ongoing issue with other patients. The nurses in this office are great the Dr Collins on the other hand was rude ,judgemental, cussed me the actual F word , he has a horrible attitude and absolutely NO bedside manner and should be taught how to talk to the patient. He is why I will not be returning to Bristol wound care.
The wound care department at Bristol Ballad Health is awesome. They are quick ,knowledgeable and very friendly.
