They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Ball likes to give the patient plenty of time for a visit and to make him/her feel comfortable to ask questions. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it

Dr. Ball is great. IF you ever get in to see him. For a physical, he's good. If you have 8 months to hold off on getting in and 3 hours to wait once you get to your "appointment". His staff is rude, unorganized and so unfriendly that it makes me feel sorry for them. They must really hate their career choice. I have never once called there and not been put on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Yes, he/she looked very professional Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

You may have to wait for Dr. Ball, but it's worth it. By the time you get in to see him, you're not rushed at all. He will listen to everything you have to say and recommend how to proceed with your problems. He really cares, so I don't mind waiting while other patients are treated the same.
