Went there in person to make an appointment, they gave me one and told me to come back at said time. Went I went back they told I never had an appointment and that they were fully booked so they couldn’t see me; while the lady that did my appointment earlier on the day tried her hardest to not look my way. From my first experience here I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went my freshman year of college for a yeast infection that lasted over 4 months from the first time I reached out to the health center. (Im now a junior) In the meantime I tried to take care of it myself with Monistat but, it didnt work for me. The whole experience was my worst nightmare. Scheduling was impossible, the front desk treated me like an inconvenience, I had to continually push to get an appointment. When I finally got in I had to make... read more
Sometimes its a really good appointment and suffices. They recommend for "risks" and "potentially" without doing more tests or confirming a suspicion so be careful and ready to say no when they tell you there's a chance to pay for those tests. The office people are majority super rude, and blunt from always being upset at anything you do, or commenting unnecessary stuff. There was a time I called where to submit my external autism and adhd evaluation, and the Office lady immediately lectured "i don't know why you're doing th... read more

The lady at the front desk was very rude as soon as I came in. She constantly brushed off anything I said and tossed my paper (that had my medical information on it) to the side. Wouldn’t answer my questions, just stared at me and said have a nice day.
