My experiences here both times were awful. My doctor was fine. She's the only reason I can give this place another star. But I went last semester for an ear infection that caused temporary hearing loss in both of my ears, and the lady on the phone and the front desk got upset with me both on the phone and the two times I went in. She got annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself because, again, I couldn't hear! And she knew this! It took way too long to get past the front desk when working with someone for zero patience for... read more

I had to visit this health clinic four times because the doctor assigned to me repeatedly ignored my symptoms of tonsillitis and strep throat. Instead of properly assessing me, she kept suggesting I get tested for STDs/STIs, even though I have never been sexually active. She did not prescribe any treatment and later diagnosed me with post-nasal drip. The next day, I had to go to the ER, where I was correctly diagnosed with strep throat and tonsillitis. On top of that, three different doctors I saw were extremely rude, and th... read more

Went there in person to make an appointment, they gave me one and told me to come back at said time. Went I went back they told I never had an appointment and that they were fully booked so they couldn’t see me; while the lady that did my appointment earlier on the day tried her hardest to not look my way. The other lady (that had a pop in her hand and was swirling it around like it was a sunny day out) tried to make me schedule another appointment, safe to say I rather die of sickness than go back here. So unprofessional an... read more

From my first experience here I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went my freshman year of college for a yeast infection that lasted over 4 months from the first time I reached out to the health center. (Im now a junior) In the meantime I tried to take care of it myself with Monistat but, it didnt work for me. The whole experience was my worst nightmare. Scheduling was impossible, the front desk treated me like an inconvenience, I had to continually push to get an appointment. When I finally got in I had to make... read more

Sometimes its a really good appointment and suffices. They recommend for "risks" and "potentially" without doing more tests or confirming a suspicion so be careful and ready to say no when they tell you there's a chance to pay for those tests. The office people are majority super rude, and blunt from always being upset at anything you do, or commenting unnecessary stuff. There was a time I called where to submit my external autism and adhd evaluation, and the Office lady immediately lectured "i don't know why you're doing th... read more
