I thought everything has been fine when I go there. Some people have a bit of an attitude but I don’t think much of it
Would not recommend sending your child to this clinic. If you have a sick child I’d suggest finding an urgent care or family Dr. near. Waste of time and money. They were rude and offered no help. Wasted time and money.
HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They will call you a liar, say your conditions aren't that bad, get pissed with you for being upset, and change their story on what they will and won't do for you every minute. Honestly you have a better chance at getting a rabbit 27 year old dog as a doctor than them. If you care about your health and sanity do not go here.
a lot of health facilities receive poor reviews for various reason with a wide spectrum including; poor wait times, patients being left unheard, or just problematic people on both ends. In my case i had a NP that was viscously rude. I voiced my concerns, that were brushed off, telling me that my issues were for different specialty doctors. but i am not from indiana and do not have the luxury of picking and choosing where i can receive help without being charged an arm and a leg. i simply wanted a blood test to confirm or den... read more
Would rate 0 stars if I could. Showed up early to my appointment, nobody else ahead of me whatsoever, and they still never attended to me. I waited for a half hour to be seen for a simple TB reading (they just have to look at ur arm and sign a paper), and this was after I was already checked in at the front desk. Two people came in AFTER me and LEFT BEFORE ME. After a half hour I left because I had to get ready for WORK. They then CHARGED ME a NO SHOW fee (I was there for 30 min).
