Absolutely horrible so rude and unprofessional.
My experiences here both times were awful. My doctor was fine. She's the only reason I can give this place another star. But I went last semester for an ear infection that caused temporary hearing loss in both of my ears, and the lady on the phone and the front desk got upset with me both on the phone and the two times I went in. She got annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself because, again, I couldn't hear! And she knew this! I had to visit this health clinic four times because the doctor assigned to me repeatedly ignored my symptoms of tonsillitis and strep throat. Instead of properly assessing me, she kept suggesting I get tested for STDs/STIs, even though I have never been sexually active. She did not prescribe any treatment and later diagnosed me with post-nasal drip. The next day, I had to go to the ER, where I was correctly diagnosed with strep throat and tonsillitis.
