This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a college bookstore ever. I ended up having to dispute a charge through my credit card because the bookstore did not respond to my emails requesting a refund that I was promised.

Normal expectation for a campus bookstore. Nothing particularly special. The employees struggle to stay updated and give back the correct prices and availability of items.
