I have been seeing Dr. Trobridge for almost 20 years. I was told by doctors in Indy & Dayton there was nothing that could be done. I needed to except the fact I would stay in the wheelchair. My pcp told me Ball State had a good pain and spine group would I try them I said sure. Glad I did. I haven't been back in the wheelchair. He is a good doctor great bedside manner also. If you just want drugs find another doctor.

My grandma has been on video chat with him and he would walk away an could hear nurses and other staff talking about other patients. HIPPA violation to the max!!! Not to mention everytime she has to do anything with his office she is in the virtual waiting room for hours to all day just to see him maybe for 5 min to maybe not at all. She had an app at 2p they switched it to 8am which makes her late to a in office appointment complete disregard for time! Staff are not very friendly either!! If I could rate 0 i would.

This is by far the rudest office I have ever deal with. I will never go back. I had my doctor refer me to someone with more professionalism. I am much happier and all my problems have been addressed with my new office.

I had to wait over an hour my first in office visit to be put in a room to wait another 33 minutes to only see him less than 5 minutes with no type of exams. Then to be told I would be scheduled for a procedure and not be called until 1 month and 1 day later to then be told I needed to register again and have a virtual visit. Day of virtual visit my appointment was scheduled for 8:15am and was never called until 1 hour and 13 minutes later by the nurse who was rude.
