When we purchased an Acura from Ball, it was what you hope a car buying experience is.... fun, convenient, easy, fair, and friendly. Since making our purchase, we have referred many friends and family members to Ball whom have all had an experience equal to ours. We would defintely buy from Ball again and will conrtinue to refer them to others.
Great service! Brought my TSX and always get taken care of. Plus they wash and vacum with any service. If you have a Acura, this is the dealer to come to. If your looking to buy a new car, my rating DOESNT APPLY. I only speak of service.
We just bought our new CRV from Romeo at Ball Honda. He was really nice and knew everything there was to know about the CRV. Romeo really made the buying process easy and I would recommend asking for him next time you need to buy a car. We love our CRV! Thank you Romeo!!

I have a 2011 Acura RDX that I take to Ball Acura for the regular maintenance. They do an outstanding job of servicing my car and their customer service is unbeatable! I have taken it in 3 or 4 times for regular maintenance (i've put 25K miles on it already!) and have consistently been treated like a valued customer and gotten excellent service.
