I ordered a lighted makeup mirror from Balkowitsch with double mirrors. The package arrived extremely! well packed with Fragile marked on the box. However, despite the layers of bubble wrap, one of the mirrors was cracked. Balkowitsch sent me a 2nd mirror which was also damaged, almost identical to the first product. I requested a 3rd mirror before I would request a refund. Yea! the third mirror arrived undamaged.
