I placed an order for a polymer **** from this company. They requested a billing and shipping address. I was sending the item to my brother who had surgery and needed it right away. They sent the item to the billing address. when I called they said they always ship to the billing address to avoid fraud. I ordered a massage table from this company and they delivered the wrong size. Because the table was custom-made they refused to accept a return even though it was their fault. I had both voicemails and emails that stated they knew they were wrong and yet they still refused to help me. I ended up having to file a complaint with the federal trade commission, the consumer protection agency in North Dakota as well as contacting a visa and my bank in order to get my money refunded. Customer ordered a custom made table, they specified the upholstery color that they wanted and we had the table made for them. Per our return policy, custom made items cannot be returned. We have done nothing wrong, this customer is attempting to defraud our company by bullying us into accepting this back. We have no use for a custom made table and cannot sell it to another customer. This feedback is unfair and again, we have done nothing wrong.
Balkowitsch Enterprises is GREAT! The chair that I ordered was damaged in shipping, I thought oh no here we go into a dark hole of dismay, but I called and talked to customer service (AMY) and she was great, sent a picture and by the end of the day she had it figured out and a new piece on the way. I could not ask for better customer service, prompt, friendly and constantly in contact with me about my order. Thank you for restoring my faith in doing business online. I will certainly do business again with this company!
his man acts like a little child. First, he claimed he had shipped the item, but refused to provide tracking details. Then, he claimed the item had been delivered, but still refused to provide tracking. Then, he claimed he had emailed it to me earlier, but refused to put it in the text of the message! the service is excellent in quick response, quick replacement, and quick refund. When I reported the HairMax did'nt work in charging,they sent the replacement unit right away after receiving my return and refund my mailing cost as they promised.
