RecommendedI've been going through my kitchen table papers and just came across the thank you note I got from Balkans, which reminded me that I wanted to write a review and sing their praises! Had quite a bit of damage done to my little Chevy Sonic and Balkans did a phenomenal job of repairing it. Everything about the process was painless, and they were so kind about everything. They even sent me a thank you card, which just shows the extra mile they go to with their customers. I'd highly recommend them to literally everyone.
Recently had my vehicle repaired here and a job well done. Balkens worked with my insurance to prove that additional repairs were needed and once approved got the job done right & in a timely manner.
I have never had a better experience working with a shop. It was so painless. I dropped my Elantra off for damage done to the right rear and was handed a loaner. My car was done in about a week even though it was over Thanksgiving. There was a small bump when I got my vehicle back that ended up having absolutely nothing at all to do with what they did, yet they made sure I was happy and took it in to Hyundai for me and let me have a loaner again. He fixed my van window and door. Somehow the door got bent, popped of the track and shattered the window. He got us in quickly and had very reasonable pricing. Everyone we talked to was super nice as well. I sent a coworker there a few weeks later and he fixed his car as well. Fixing some rust areas. He did an amazing job on that as well.

They were so easy to work with. They gave me a loner car, at no charge. They had my car done in 5 days!! Just excellent work! Matched my original paint color, perfectly!!! I can't say enough great things!
Balken's reattached a side mirror I knocked off taking a kayak off of our RAV4. The part came unpainted and the Balken crew did an unbelievable job matching the paint color. You can't even tell it's not the original mirror! GREAT work. Would absolutely take my car there again!
