MARCH 18, 2026, Plumber "Joseph" came to my property for a routine snaking of the main sewer line in and out. Instead of doing the cleaning he kept talking nonstop and saying my basement is illegal becaus it doesn’t have any windows and no one should be living there. He was not familiar with my system and told me I need to hire a different company. The service received from the technician Michael Chambers was superb. He was calm, professional and very determined to get through a tough sewer clog. I requested this company and also requested Michael because he is extremely knowledgeable at job. Thank you job well done.

I had Balkan service done. Mike chambers was the server responsible for resolving my drainage issue.. I was completed satisfied with his work. Took his time, inspected my problem. He did a great job. cleared my line, ran a flow test to make sure lines were good. Highly recommend him.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Balkan Plumbing. The technician who came to my home was clearly not qualified to diagnose the issue. It was obvious he lacked the experience and knowledge to properly assess the situation. As a customer, I should not be paying for someone to learn on the job in my home. To make matters worse, when I called the office for assistance, the representative who identified herself as Sonia was incredibly rude and dismissive.
