I am another who highly recommends Balkan Motors. Gino went way beyond what most dealers would do! They all were very nice and the transaction went smoothly for my daughter. He met us at he DMV in our area since we came from Brockport. I cant say enough about our experience. I will definitely look them up when time for another vehicle. I would highly recommend Balkan Motors! My experience with them was outstanding. They made my car shopping experience exciting. I was looking for a specific car and they were able to find exactly what I was looking for. Knowing that I wasn’t going to have a car all week and it would take awhile for my car to come in, Dino went way out of his way and drove to New Jersey to assure I had a car within a few days. Just picked up my 2008 Focus today and couldn't be happier with the car and how the whole process went. I typically dread going to dealerships due to their pushy sales-oriented nature however that was not the case here whatsoever. Dino and Steve were very accommodating and never pressured me into making a decision, not to mention they are very personable. I will definitely be back here in the future!
