Made appointment for service, they screwed up the day I was supposed to be there. I rented a car for the day. This messed up my whole morning's schedule. Two items they were supposed to fix was not list. When I went to drop off the car, the lady behind the counter had a super attitude with me, like this was my mistake. 2 months trying to get lease issue resolved with Balisa Kia. Exchanged my Kia Lease in June 2016 and they have yet to pay off my prior Kia Lease per the contractual agreement; have called and left voicemails with Jeff in finance several times and have been ignored. Still trying to get this resolved 2 months later. Be Careful when exchanging a lease at this location.
