best warrantee in america? pffftttt. I bought a new '09 sonata from balise 2 years ago. 6 months ago it developed a brake squeak. i checked the pads and found very uneven wear on the rear driver's side. I called balise as well as key hyundai and got the same line from both. "brake pads are a wear item, covered for 12 months or 12K miles". Apparently very premature and uneven wear is not a warranty item. They would have to charge a brake inspection fee to look at them. No thanks. Best warrantee in america, my ass. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM Balise I purchased a 2007 Sonata a year ago from Balise in Springfield and paid $2000 for the extended warranty. My daughter was in an accident and totaled the car. She called Balise to get refunded for the remaining Balance of her Warranty after being told from Hundai she was eligible. When she called about getting a refund Balise told her she had not purchased an extended warranty. I guess the $2000 was a gift to the Salesman or one of the Balise family.

Happy Hyundai Owners Came in just to look to upgrade my Toyota and left with not one but two vehicles. My husband and I were so impressed with the Hyundai quality and friendly staff we are now proud owner of a 2007 used Elantra and the new style Sonata. Their were no issue and everything ran smothly. If you are looking for non pressure and caring people I would suggest a visit.

Recommend This is my first time ever giving a review. I have been looking for a new car for sometime. To my great surprise I did not get the run around at Balise!!! They had the best prices and the staff was great!!! I recommend these guys for the the best price and best service.

Disappointed I bought a new Hyundai for cash there two years ago. They gave me coupons for a free oil change which I made an appointment to use. Well, That day I couldn't find the coupon but they knew I just bought the car for cash- they got their commission and wouldn' t do the oil change. I was LIVID. Well, I found the coupons and let me tell you-NO way AM I going back there. I dont pay 12,000 cash and then try to scam an oil change

trying to replace whats not broke! my father took his car to have the wiper checked one side was not moving.. they told him they took it apart and the wiper transmission was shot they wanted $280 to fix it.. he paid $47 just for them to tell him that he dropped it off to me.. he had purchassed the part for $20 at autozone.. i opened the cover on the wiper and found that the wiper transmission arm was off of the motor bracket and had 2 loose screws put it back and fixed it with no new parts took all of 1 extra minute from wha... read more

customer Balise Hyundai was very professional and low pressure. They simply made a great offer and the whole process went quickly and painlessly. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was up front, honest and professional. This is my first purchase from Balise it will not be my last.

100% Unsatisfied Absolutely the WORST customer service/sales I have EVER witnessed in my life. Not only did they proudly put on their lot a TERRIBLE SUV with a very loud muffler problem and offer a test drive, they pushed for a $200 ("refundable") deposit from me in order to even look at a car. The GM was just as dysfunctional as every incompetent sales agent when I went to get my deposit back. After 25 (I counted) calls back and forth to the dealership, I finally demanded my $200 back after 2 weeks of bickering for it. The ... read more

One great,dealership, if you dont know what customer service means Where to start.... Bought an SUV for the notheast winters. I drove it home, the heat actuator didnt work as soon as i pulled into the driveway. 1 week later with no rental provided i got it back. On my way home from thanksgiving with my truck broke down on the ct line. Had to limp it home in the freezing cold with my whole family in the back.
